Warsaw Convention Bureau initiated a series of meetings where sales directors of local 4*-5* hotels, MICE venues and PCOs/DMCs are going to discuss on regular basis different ways of supporting bids that Warsaw CvB is currently working on.
First meeting of this working group gathered over 30 representatives of local industry: 10 hotels (Courtyard by Marriott Warsaw Airport, DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, Hilton Warsaw Hotel & Convention Centre, Hotel InterContinental, Hotel Rialto, Louvre Hotels, SATORIA Group, Starwood Hotels, Warsaw Marriott Hotel, Warsaw Sofitel Victoria), 5 congress & unique venues (EXPO XXI, Łazienki Królewskie Museum, Palace of Culture and Science, the National Museum, the Royal Castle) and 10 PCOs, DMCs,tour operators (AB Poland Travel, Adventure Warsaw, CREATours, Global Congress, Haxel Events & Incentive, Holiday Travel, ICP Group, Mazurkas Travel, Trip Group, WPT 1313). The main purpose of this continuous project is to increase Warsaw’s competitive advantage by offering substantial incentives to bids and tenders for large international congresses and events.
