How we can help
As an official representative of Warsaw, responsible for the promoting the city as a preferred meetings industry destination, we provide impartial and free advice to both domestic and international meeting planners wishing to organize a conference in our city and other supporting services you need. Additionally, our marketing activities include organization of press tours and site inspections for international journalists and meeting planners, in order to show off the diversity of Warsaw attractions and meeting facilities.

Meet the team
Vice-President of the Board
A graduate of University of Łódź – Institute for Contemporary Culture. He began his work in the meetings industry in 2008 as a project manager in MICE agencies, responsible for outgoing and incoming conferences and incentives. As one of the first managers in Poland he was implementing BS 8901, British standard of sustainable meetings. Since 2010 at the Warsaw Convention Bureau, he was responsible for marketing of Warsaw as a meetings destination (contacts with foreign clients, supervision of the local MICE market research and cooperation with the scientific community in Warsaw). In 2015-2018 director of Warsaw CvB – department of Warsaw Tourism Organization. Since 1 June 2018, he has been Vice-President of the Board.
Marketing Manager – Corporate Meetings & Incentives
A graduate of English philology, a translator at heart. He has been working in Warsaw Tourism Organization for three years now, having gained his experience in a previous position at a large local events agency – first in the DMC department and then in the outbound pharma department. At Warsaw Convention Bureau, Marek is responsible for attracting corporate clients and their events.
A graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Management at the University of Szczecin and post-graduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics in the field of Product and Service Management. She has been working in tourism industry for over 18 years, has started her job in tourism in one of polish touroperator’s Neckermann Polska. Gradually gaining knowledge and experience starting with sales department, through operations department and finally product for the longest period of time. Later on in DMC and DMCs representation company. At Warsaw Convention Bureau, Dominika is responsible for attracting corporate clients and their events.
