At the beginning of March Warsaw Convention Bureau is organizing a meeting for Warsaw Congress Ambassadors at the National Stadium. The aim of this regular meeting is to discuss about new trends in the industry and to provide opportunities of the Stadium conference center - a new venue on Warsaw MICE map.

City of Warsaw announces a competition for bloggers who write blogs related to everyday life in Warsaw. Everybody with a worth telling story is announced to apply. Themes could be local lifestyle, traditions, coherence, cross-border topics etc. Diversity of bloggers and topics is valued.

Warsaw Convention Bureau prepared an iPad application supporting destination presentations on trade fairs, road shows and other business meetings.

Colours and sounds of Warsaw is the title of a new presentation prepared by the Warsaw Tourist Office. It presents Warsaw in oryginal and dynamic way. Penetrating the images accompanied by Chopin's music combined with the sounds of the city, creating a surprising effect of audiovisual collage. The form of presentation reflects the nature of the city - vibrant energy, inspiring, full of music and greenery, which combines history with modernity. In the show, we see not only the Warsaw major monuments, museums and a variety of cultural events, but also the dishes of traditional Polish cuisine and nightlife in the capital.

In August 2012 Warsaw Convention Bureau and Poland Convention Bureau have signed an agreement that is going to regularise the cooperation on mutual promotion of Poland and Warsaw. Both institutions have binded themselves to take part together in international business tourism trade fairs, to organise study tours, to bid for international meetings and conventions and work closely with meetings industry associations.

According to TRI Hospitality Consulting and its recently released statistics, hotels in Warsaw achived almost 200% increase in profit per room in June 2012.
