Warsaw CvB exhibiting at IBTM Barcelona 2022

From November 29 to December 1, 2023, we once again had the opportunity to participate in the IBTM World Show in Barcelona.

The Warsaw Convention Bureau stand, together with other exhibitors, was part of the Polish National Stand organized by the Polish Tourism Organization/Poland Convention Bureau. Other members of the Warsaw Tourist Organization included: Mazurkas DMC Poland, Leonardo Hotels, Furnel Travel, Hotel Bristol, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Travel Projekt DMC Poland, LOT Polish Airlines. 

During the fair, we held more than 40 scheduled meetings with representatives of incentive agencies and meeting organizers for corporate and association clients. Interest in the Warsaw stand was evident, and many visitors already had very specific questions about the possibility of organizing their events in our city.

IBTM World in Barcelona, together with IMEX Frankfurt, is considered to be a leading global event for the meetings and events industry. By exhibiting regularly at such fairs Warsaw Convention Bureau wants to maintain a consistent image of our city as an attractive and reliable MICE destination.
