Warsaw on the Podium at the Meetings Star Awards 2025/2026 during Conventa in Ljubljana

Warsaw has been ranked among Europe’s top-rated meetings industry destinations, securing 3rd place in the New Europe Destination category in the Meetings Star Awards 2025/2026 ranking. The results were announced during the official gala accompanying Conventa 2026 in Ljubljana, one of the most important MICE industry events in Central and Eastern Europe.

This distinction confirms Warsaw’s growing position as a modern destination for international conferences, business events and incentive travel. The Meetings Star Awards ranking, prepared by Kongres Magazine, is based on a comprehensive evaluation of infrastructure quality, transport accessibility and overall delegate experience.

The award was accepted on our behalf in Ljubljana by Magdalena Mazgaj from the Poland Convention Bureau.

This year’s edition also recognised one of our members, Nobu Hotel Warsaw, which received 3rd place in the Most Sustainable Venues category, highlighting the high standard of Warsaw’s hotel offering and the growing importance of sustainability within the meetings industry.

Warsaw’s presence among the awarded destinations demonstrates that consistent infrastructure development, strong industry cooperation and international promotion are effectively strengthening the city’s position on the European MICE market. It also sends a clear signal to event organisers that Warsaw is fully prepared to deliver international projects at the highest level.
