Warsaw Convention Bureau at IMEX Frankfurt 2025

From May 20 to 22, 2025, the Warsaw Convention Bureau had the pleasure of representing Poland’s capital at IMEX Frankfurt – one of the most important and prestigious global events in the meetings, conferences, and incentive travel industry. This year’s edition brought together over 13,000 MICE professionals, including more than 4,000 carefully selected hosted buyers and 3,100 exhibitors from 150 countries.

As in previous years, the Warsaw Convention Bureau exhibited jointly with the Mazovia Convention Bureau at the Polish national stand, organized by Poland Convention Bureau. This joint presence provided a comprehensive platform to showcase the potential of both Warsaw and the entire Mazovia region – highlighting not only conference infrastructure but also rich cultural and tourist offerings.

Over three busy days, we held numerous meetings with organizers of international conferences, congresses, and incentive events. Discussions focused on specific projects planned for the coming years, as well as the support that the Warsaw Convention Bureau can offer during the planning process. Particular interest was shown in Warsaw’s modern event venues, expanding hotel base, and the city’s and industry’s commitment to sustainability.

We are pleased to see growing recognition of Warsaw as an attractive and professionally prepared MICE destination. Our interlocutors appreciated not only the city’s infrastructure but also the high quality of services offered by local partners and the logistical ease of organizing events in Poland’s capital.

Participation in IMEX Frankfurt 2025 resulted in many new, promising business contacts that we hope will soon translate into concrete projects.
