Warsaw as a New Premium Destination for Middle Eastern Tourists

From 18–20 July, we had the pleasure of hosting representatives of the Saudi tour operator Wonderia Travel, a company specialising in organising luxury travel for discerning clients from the Gulf region. The visit was organised in cooperation with the Polish Tourism Organisation, with the main aim of showcasing Warsaw’s potential as a premium destination – offering not only comfort and high-quality services, but also a wealth of culture, history, and modern infrastructure.

The guests stayed at Nobu Warsaw, one of the most prestigious hotels in the capital, perfectly aligned with the expectations of premium clients. Over three days of an intensive programme, they had the opportunity to discover the many faces of the city – from historic landmarks to modern lifestyle spaces.

The visit programme included:

  • Tour of the Old Town and Royal Route with a licensed guide – a walk in the footsteps of royal history and UNESCO heritage,

  • Panoramic view of Warsaw from the Palace of Culture and Science observation deck – an opportunity to admire the city’s dynamic skyline,

  • Lunch at the Sheraton Hotel – specially prepared at the hotel’s invitation, providing an occasion to present its service standards for guests from the GCC region,

  • Presentations of Warsaw’s premium hotels – Verte and Hotel Bristol, highlighting their offer for clients from Arab countries,

  • Visit to the E. Wedel Chocolate Factory – with a tasting session and the opportunity to prepare their own Wedel cake,

  • Vistula River cruise, showcasing Warsaw’s green and modern side from the water,

  • Shopping experience at Elektrownia Powiśle, one of the trendiest retail and culinary destinations in the capital,

  • Gravity rides on Górka Szczęśliwicka – an unusual and thrilling attraction right in the heart of the city,

  • Chopin concert in Łazienki Królewskie – a symbolic touch highlighting Poland’s musical heritage,

  • Farewell lunch at Akademia Restaurant, renowned for its high-quality cuisine and elegant interior.

Together with our members and partners, we created a unique programme that presented Warsaw as a welcoming, diverse, and professional city – ready to host the most demanding clients from Arab markets.

We would like to thank all the partners involved in organising this visit – thanks to you, we were able to showcase Poland’s capital in the best possible light. We hope this inspiring journey will lead to new relationships and further cooperation in the MENA market.
