The Spanish branch of PepsiCo visited Warsaw

Last week, Warsaw became the destination for a study visit by representatives of the Spanish branch of PepsiCo. The site inspection was organized by Business Travel Consulting (BTC) in close cooperation with Mazurkas Travel and the Warsaw Convention Bureau. The purpose of the meeting was to present the city’s conference potential and to inspect top hotel facilities in terms of hosting future business events.

The guests visited Hotel Bristol, where various room categories and common areas were presented, with particular emphasis on service standards and the ability to accommodate business groups. The group then proceeded to Hotel Verte Warsaw, where the concept of the property, its accommodation facilities, and the functionality of its shared spaces were showcased in the context of organizing group stays and smaller events.

Another part of the program was a joint lunch, which provided an opportunity to discuss observations made so far. In the second part of the day, a guided city tour was organized. This offered a chance to present Warsaw’s location and infrastructure context, which is important from the perspective of event planning.

For the participants, it was their first visit to Poland, allowing them to directly experience the offer of the capital both in terms of hotel infrastructure and the urban environment. Particular importance was placed on assessing accessibility, transportation, and safety.

Such meetings reinforce our partners’ confidence that Warsaw is a destination ready to host even the most demanding conferences and events.
