The largest edition of Meet The Bidder SMART Fairs in going to take place on 21st November 2018 at the Novotel Warszawa Centrum hotel

This year’s Meet The Bidder Grand Edition, which will take place on 21st November will introduce close to 100 foreign MICE suppliers to the market. What is more, the organizers developed for the first time a Hosted Buyer Programme, which aim is to attract the attention of the buyers from other European markets. They also invite Polish agencies from other cities in Warsaw. They will not only promote foreign exhibitors of the fairs, but also Warsaw as a perfect destination for all types of MICE events. Among the invited guests are agencies and PCOs from France, Hungary, Czech Republic, UK, Spain, Russia, Ukraine, and other markets. The Singapore Tourism Board is the Diamond Partner of the Meet The Bidder Grand Edition. Travel Bidder, the organizer of the fairs, is a member of Warsaw Tourism Organization.

After the fairs, the guests and exhibitors will be invited to join Incentive Travel Excellence Night – dinner with elements of industry networking and dinner partners’ presentation. SITE Poland is a co-host and a strategic partner of the evening dinner, which will be a crowning touch to the day of meetings during Meet The Bidder Grand Edition.
