The Event Capital in Action: Warsaw Tourism Organization at FBE 2026
On 14 January 2026, EXPO XXI Warsaw once again became a meeting point for professionals who design events, create experiences and shape the meetings industry. This year’s edition of the Event Industry Forum FBE gathered over 3,000 participants and more than 200 exhibitors, with a rich programme delivered across two parallel stages.
The Warsaw Tourism Organisation, together with the Mazovia Regional Tourism Organisation, presented the city and the region at FBE through a joint exhibition stand. The space hosted 24 exhibitors – members of WOT and MROT – representing Warsaw hotels, venues, attractions and key MICE industry partners.

Throughout the day, the stand served as a platform for discussions on business events, incentive travel and conferences that have a direct impact on brand image and destination choice. The Happy Hours at 12:30 and 15:00 attracted strong interest, with a prize draw featuring awards provided by WOT and MROT members, creating additional opportunities for networking and direct engagement with industry professionals.
The Event Industry Forum FBE remains one of the key events in the MICE calendar and once again confirmed Warsaw’s position as a strong, active and well-integrated meetings destination. The joint presence of the city and the region highlighted Warsaw’s readiness to host international business events and meetings.
