Site inspection for representatives of ARTION Conferences & Events from Greece

Event industry representatives from Thessaloniki explore Warsaw’s hotel and conference offer.

With the arrival of the first days of spring, we had the pleasure of hosting representatives of ARTION Conferences & Events from Greece in Warsaw. The visit was an opportunity to present selected hotels and showcase how the city supports the organisation of business events and international conferences.

The programme began with a walk from Krakowskie Przedmieście to the first hotel, where the participants could learn more about the accommodation and conference facilities offered by our member venues. During the site inspection, the group visited:

• PURO Warszawa Stare Miasto
• Leonardo Royal Warsaw
• Crowne Plaza Warsaw – The HUB
• Holiday Inn Express Warsaw – The HUB
• Royal Tulip Warsaw Centre

ARTION will act as the Core PCO (Professional Conference Organizer) for the upcoming congress of the Federation of the European Societies of Neuropsychology, which will take place in Warsaw in September 2027. The event is being organised in cooperation with the Polish Psychological Association, its Neuropsychology Section, and University of Warsaw.

The site inspection provided an opportunity not only to present selected hotels but also to discuss Warsaw’s potential as a destination for future international events. We were pleased to present the city to our guests “from the inside” – as a dynamic destination and a modern, centrally located hub for the MICE industry.
