Site Inspection for IPSIS – Warsaw as a Potential Location for the European Congress

From January 12 to 13, Warsaw Convention Bureau had the pleasure of hosting a representative from the International Pain and Spine Intervention Society (IPSIS) for a site inspection visit. The purpose of the visit was to showcase Warsaw as an excellent location for the 2026 European Congress of IPSIS.

The IPSIS representative visited six prestigious hotels in Warsaw, each offering modern conference facilities, top-tier services, and convenient locations. The itinerary included:

  • Sofitel Warsaw Victoria
  • Sheraton Grand Warsaw
  • Crowne Plaza Warsaw – The HUB
  • Hilton Warsaw City
  • The Westin Warsaw
  • Novotel Warszawa Centrum

Each hotel presented its unique capabilities, including adaptable conference spaces for events of varying scales, state-of-the-art audiovisual technology, comfortable accommodations for participants, and diverse culinary options. Additionally, the guest explored Warsaw’s local advantages, including its excellent transport accessibility, vibrant cultural scene, and growing reputation as a city friendly to international event organizers.

We are delighted that Warsaw is among the cities being considered by IPSIS as the location for their prestigious congress. Thanks to the dedication of local partners and outstanding collaboration with the hotels, we demonstrated that our capital is fully prepared to host such high-level events.

We eagerly await IPSIS’s decision and hope that Warsaw will be chosen as the host city for the 2026 European Congress. Fingers crossed, and a heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed to the success of this site inspection!
