Meeting of the Polish Congress Ambassadors Club in Warsaw
A meeting of the Polish Congress Ambassadors Club was held at Kinogram in the Norblin Factory complex, addressed to representatives of Warsaw’s academic community and the meetings industry involved in organizing national and international conferences and congresses.
The participants were welcomed by the Secretary of the City of Warsaw, Maciej Fijałkowski, who thanked the recipients of the Polish Congress Ambassador title for their commitment to the development of Warsaw’s scientific community and for promoting the city as one of Europe’s key congress destinations.
During the meeting, a comprehensive support offer for conference and congress organizers was presented, prepared in cooperation with the Mazovia Convention Bureau and the Poland Convention Bureau. The proposed solutions include, among others, access to free conference and event venues, free public transportation for event participants, support with air travel, sponsorship of keynote speakers, financing of pre-congress international site inspections, and the opportunity for complimentary city tours as part of accompanying programs.
Polish Airlines LOT also presented their support offer for international events, highlighting solutions that facilitate the organization of flights for speakers and conference participants traveling from abroad.
An important moment of the meeting was the announcement of the recipients of the Polish Congress Ambassador title for 2025. This distinction is awarded to individuals who make a significant contribution to attracting prestigious scientific and industry events and to strengthening Warsaw’s international position as a meetings destination.
The evening concluded with a guided visit to the immersive exhibition “Romantic Chopin” at ArtBox Experience, which provided a cultural complement to the event and a space for further discussions and exchange of experiences.
