Residence 1898 is located in the very center of Warsaw, in the historic Taubenhaus tenement house built in 1898. Just 800 meters from the picturesque Royal Łazienki Park, 1 km from the Central Railway Station, and 500 meters from the Centrum Metro Station, Residence 1898 is an ideal place not only for individual or business clients but also for guests from the nearby embassies. Most of the apartments are between 50 and 70 m² in size. They are elegantly furnished and decorated in light, warm colors. Each one has a seating area, a fully equipped kitchenette with a dining area, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. A flat-screen TV is available. Residence 1898 also offers smaller rooms that are 20-30 m² in size but do not have a kitchen. There is also free private parking available on site.
