According to TRI Hospitality Consulting and its recently released statistics, hotels in Warsaw achived almost 200% increase in profit per room in June 2012.
What's even more surprising the Revenue per Available Room index (RevPAR) went up to €206, which means it increased by 165%, and made Warsaw the most efficient metropolis in Europe in the given period! At the same time London noted -6,1%, Paris -1,4% and Vienna 2,8% increase of RevPAR index.
Also travel agents selling rooms in Polish capital had no reasons to complain. Their commissions per room increased by 117% comparing to the same period in 2011.
