Warsaw Convention Bureau has prepared a new tool for Polish and foreign meeting planners which shows the capital city of Poland as a modern and scheming destination for incentive trips. The 'Warsaw Incentive – Programmes & Venues' catalogue contains 10 incentive programmes prepared by 5 recommended business partners of WCB: Haxel Events & Incentive, Incentive Concept Poland, Mazurkas Travel, Meeting Designers and United Partners. Each proposal is a one-day programme carried out within Warsaw for groups of 25 - 100 participants. Among the propositions are not only well selling urban games or thematic evenings, but also relatively new to the market – cooking trainings with well known cooks, light painting workshops, film activities and shopping at the most outstanding boutiques of famous Polish designers.
The catalogue also contains choosen venues for incentive events divided into 8 categories - depending on the profile of the group, the kind of the event and expectations of the customer. The catalogue presents following venues: Main Building of the Warsaw Technical University, Kamienica Theatre, Belvedere Restaurant, Artistic Centre Fabryka Trzciny, the AleGloria Restaurant, the Palace of the Culture and Science, the Sabat Theatre of Małgorzata Potocka and Palace on the Water.
