On December 14th ,2010 Warsaw Convention Bureau is organising the second meeting of its Ambassador Club which this time takes place in Kamienica Theatre in Warsaw. Apart from the Ambassadors, we have also invited our business partners and representatives of local and regional chambers of tourism.
The aim of the programme is to encourage the representatives of scientific communities to an active involvment in the promotion of Warsaw as the key destination for meetings industry. The Polish Congress Ambassadors programme targets all those who actively participate in bringing conventions and conferences to Poland. For more than 10 years now, the programme have singled out over 90 people who made a difference and contributed to the growth of the Polish meetings industry.
During the meeting WCB will show its new film 'Warsaw: see the past, meet the future' presenting the Warsaw as a destination for business tourists as well as fourth edition of 'Warsaw conference and gala dinner venues' guide. The latter publication covers diverse conference and congress venues in Warsaw and the Mazovia region. We hope that both the film and the catalogue will be a useful tool in bringing international congresses and conferences to our city.
This meeting will be a great opportunity to sum up the passing year and present our plans for the year 2011. It is also a good chance for networking and exchanging opinions that may contribute to developing common promotional politicy for Warsaw.
Choosing Kamienica Theatre for the meeting place continues our strategy of showcasing interesting venues in Warsaw. Kamienica is unique due to it's Art Nuveau interiors and stylish atmosphere as well as rich multimedia and catering offer. All this adds the final touch to the originality of any event organised there.
Guests will be shown around Kamienica by it's founder Emilian Kamiński – an actor, theatre, musical and film director, singer and a writer.
